Despatch Times


Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability.   Exceptions are personalised items where standard despatch times are 7-14 days.   If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time. A small surcharge may be necessary on rush orders, but your acceptance of this will always be obtained before the order is shipped.

Delivery Charges

The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for delivery to all those countries listed below:

Andora, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.

For UK mainland orders our delivery charge is £4.95

Parcels will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery or by Courier, depending upon the weight.   A signature is required for all parcels - please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.  Royal Mail will hold your parcel at your local Sorting Office for 7 days awaiting collection.  Courers will attempt to deliver the parcel 3 times, after which the package is automatically returned to us.  If this occurs, a charge of £15 is made for which the customer will be liable, and this will be charged to the card used when ordering.  The customer will also be liable for the costs of re-delivering the parcel, if applicable.

Overseas orders will be despatched by Airmail - orders exceeding 2Kg can only be sent by prior arrangement, as a delivery charge will need to be agreed.

Every attempt has been made to accurately give the delivery for overseas orders, but we reserve the right to charge a carriage surcharge should the actual cost of shipment be significantly greater than that quoted. Shipping costs to the UK mainland will remain as quoted on the order confirmation, unless a specific service has been requested (eg Special Delivery).

We are happy to proved estimates for shipping costs to any other country not shown above - please contact us with your requirements.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.  Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items:

  • Confectionery
  • Personalised items
  • Cut lengths of ribbon (full reels can be returned for refund)

Disposable cameras lost or damaged are limited to the replacement value of the camera or film only.

All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective.  If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
